I understand that it is my responsibility to adhere to all policies and controls related to the functions and operations related to use of these keys, electronic door fob and access codes.
I understand that I may not reproduce any key or disclose any access code, and that I must immediately report the loss or theft of a key or electronic door fob.
I understand that unauthorized duplication of a key or the disclosure of any access code is grounds for immediate termination of any agreement and the management reserve the right to take the matter further with the police.
I will safeguard these keys, electronic door fob and / or access codes at all times.
